The 9-5 of weekdays are mostly pretty tame, other than work, there's the gym, walking my hound and often a night firefighting training (I'm a volunteer with the CFA).

Weekends usually see me getting in about three of the following, going riding, catching up with friends/family, volunteering with the CFA, doing a little DIY around home, going for a run, having a few drinks or a meal with friends or simply having one of those blissful, rare episodes of relaxing on the couch with a movie or TV show binge. Pretty much the same as most people I would think.

I also participate in obstacle runs and trail runs which I've found to be a lot of fun. Obstacle runs are like Tough Mudder, which is the most famous one.

I'm a big fan of brunch.
